Enrollment Management Fellows Program: Fellow
The Enrollment Management Fellows Program is a dedicated experience that offers Enrollment Management staff members the opportunity to learn about operations in an Enrollment Management office other than their own through shadowing.
This microcredential recognizes individuals within UMBCâs Enrollment Management who participate as a fellow in the Enrollment Management Fellows Program. As a fellow, participants are paired with a host from an office within Enrollment Management and engage in a shadowing experience. Fellows will explore the operations, workflows, and strategic priorities of an Enrollment Management office, gaining a deeper understanding of how Enrollment Management functions collectively to meet the needs of UMBC students. Through this experience, fellows will strengthen their collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills while reflecting on how these insights can enhance their current role and contribute to their professional growth.
