Enrollment Management Fellows Program: Host
The Enrollment Management Fellows Program is a dedicated experience that offers Enrollment Management staff members the opportunity to learn about operations in other Enrollment Management offices through mentorship and shadowing.
This microcredential recognizes individuals within UMBCâs Enrollment Management who participate as a host in the Enrollment Management Fellows Program. As a host, participants facilitate mentorship and shadowing opportunities, coordinate with fellows and program manager, engage with HRSTM professional development content, and reflect on their experiences through regular meetings and a final program survey. This role contributes to the Enrollment Management mission of providing high-quality, innovative enrollment services while supporting professional growth and collaboration.
Earning Criteria
- Facilitate the shadowing experience of an Enrollment Management Office for a minimum of 8 hours per week for 12 weeks.
- Complete supplemental learning.
- Earn "Met" on all standards of the Final Reflection Rubric.
- Complete pre- and post- (self) reflections.
