The LinkedIn Learner microcredential is for emerging young professionals within a university setting. Earners of this microcredential will gain powerful insights and skills to create an effective LinkedIn profile for their professional development. LinkedIn is a social media platform used by professionals to network, stay current with industry trends, and job search across many industries. Earners will acquire a thorough understanding of the steps involved in creating a successful profile, including selecting a professional headshot, crafting a description of their work experience and educational history, adding digital credentials, and demonstrating proficiency using the features of the LinkedIn website. By completing this microcredential, learners will develop a deeper understanding of the technical aspects needed to create a LinkedIn profile and demonstrate their knowledge by creating their own LinkedIn profile.
