Peaceworker: Learning Community Explorations of Self, Cities, Service, & Social Change Leadership
The Peaceworker: Learning Community Explorations of Self, Cities, Service, & Social Change Leadership microcredential recognizes a fellowâs participation in a foundational practicum designed to introduce the core values and learning practices of the Shriver Peaceworker Fellows Program. As part of this intensive summer experience, fellows begin developing their civic leadership identity through co-created seminars, place-based learning through community tours, reflective writing, and digital storytelling. The microcredential affirms competencies in personal reflection, community-engaged learning, and early-stage social change leadership development.
Earning Criteria
- Attend at least 75% of summer practicum sessions.
- Complete assigned reflections, readings, and cohort engagement activities.
- Submit a digital story or other project aligned with course themes.
- Earn a grade of "Pass" in the related 0-credit practicum course
