Peaceworker: Worldviews, Wisdom, and Wellsprings

The Peaceworker: Worldviews, Wisdom, and Wellsprings microcredential recognizes a fellow’s participation in a semester-long practicum focused on exploring the sources of meaning, purpose, and service. Through weekly Peaceworker cohort seminars and community-based service, fellows examine the worldviews, traditions, and personal narratives—religious, spiritual, philosophical, practical, and cultural—that shape their motivations and inform their work. Fellows engage in dialogue, reflection, and facilitation to better understand how individuals and communities draw on these wellsprings to sustain engagement in peace and justice work. The microcredential affirms competencies in ethical reflection, cultural literacy, and values-informed leadership.
